Free trial with no time limit
vBook is available as a trial version. No registration or account creation is required to download and use it.
In the trial version, recordings are limited to 20 entries per module. For example, you can record up to 20 artworks, 20 contacts, and so on.
To activate vBook, you need to purchase a user license (see details below). You will receive an activation code that upgrades the trial version to the full version.

We strongly recommend that you try vBook before purchasing it to ensure it meets your needs. The trial version has a limited amount of data you can save, but it doesn't expire. Therefore, you can try it at your own pace.

Activation
As a general rule, the activation parameters will be sent to you by email a few seconds after your payment has been validated.

Subscribe to vBook cloud
The subscription price for vBook cloud is €18/month for 3 GB of data. If the size of your database exceeds 3 GB, we will notify you and invite you to optimize it. Additional fees may apply if you really need more storage space.
Installation fees are included in the subscription, which can be canceled at any time upon simple request. In the event of cancellation, your cloud data can be imported to a standard vBook.
Test version in your name
We recommend testing the cloud version before committing (the cloud interface is slightly different from the local version).
We can set up an online version in your name that you can test for one week. This period can be extended if you need more time.
