How to export data from vBook

  1. Go to File > Exporter records....

  2. In the following window, select the name of the module of which the fields will be exported, the export file format and the records to export (e.g. Address Book / Coma separated text  / Found records).

  3. Choose a location to save the exported file and click Select.

  4. In the Specify Field Order for Export window, add fields from left to right or remove fields that you don't want to export. Change the export order if necessary by moving up or down the fields in the right column.

  5. Click Export. Le fichier exporté portera le nom du module, suivi de l’extension du format d’exportation, par exemple Addresse Book.csv (csv for coma separated values).

Several modules have export functions specific to them. These operations are explained in the chapters related to the modules.
